Australian advertising agency Multi Channel Network (MCN) has launched an in-house production company to produce branded entertainment and long-form content.
The sales house will launch Multiply, which will be headed by Paul MacGregor, author of youth marketing blog Three Billion. The company works with brands including Cadbury and Nintendo as well as Hollywood studios Walt Disney and Paramount.
“The next few years will be incredibly exciting with the introduction of new interactive advertising platforms, the proliferation of online video across our sites, mobile advertising and more branded entertainment opportunities creating adventurous ways for brands to interact with viewers,” says MacGregor.
MCN works with numerous pay TV channels and handles ad sales, on-air promotion and interactive TV for networks including those from Discovery the BBC, Fox, Comcast and AETN.
