BBC shops Jools Holland to Ovation

Ovation will kick of the music series run with a Later… with Jools Holland marathon over Labor Day weekend, ahead of the show taking up a regular Thursday night slot, starting September 10. Guests in the upcoming series include Metallica, The Killers, Grace Jones and Seasick Steve.

Ovation was relaunched in mid-2007 and transmits arts and culture programming. It is backed by the Weinstein Company, Hubbard Broadcasting and a group of private funds.
