2waytraffic sells Ba Ba Boom to Brazil, Mid East

2waytraffic, the formats outfit recently acquired by Sony Pictures Entertainment, has sold its questionless gameshow Ba Ba Boom into a raft of new territories including Brazil.

The distributor has inked a deal with Brazil’s leading broadcaster Globo to produce 26 episodes of the show. It has also sold the sold in the Philippines, where 65 episodes of the show will be produced by local producer Tape for broadcaster GMA7, and in the Middle East where Endemol Middle East will produce 20 episodes for Lebanon-based, pan regional broadcaster Future TV.

The show sees contestants follow the trail of three coins. A group of 10 Ba Ba Boom-ers, made up of a range of pretty models and sports teams, are hiding 3 coins under their hands and to win, contestants must successfully guess which hands the coins are under by listening to the group banging their hands on the table to the tune of Ba Ba Boom.
