Off The Fence sells 500 hours of WEtv series

Dutch distributor Off The Fence has sold some 500 hours of WE tv’s factual and factual entertainment series months after inking a distribution deal with the US cable network.

European broadcasters bought over 85 hours of content; RTL2 (Germany) acquired ob-doc OMG! Sextuplets!, while UK pay TV channel Living picked up 10x30mins series The Locator, which follows families and they search for missing relatives.

Kanal 2 (Estonia) bought three seasons of Secret Lives of Women and The Locator and MTV3 Ava (Finland) bought two seasons of The Locator and 18x1hour My Fair Wedding, which helps beleagured friends and family and they try to reign in the bride from hell.

Meanwhile, Asian broadcasters picked up over 35 hours of programming including GMA (Philippines) taking two seasons of Platinum Weddings and Ananey (Israel) picking up 18x1hour Amazing Wedding Cakes.
