HBO’s Lat Am SVOD expansion continues

Digital-headerHBO GoHBO Latin America has unveiled the second part of its plan to expand SVOD service HBO Go throughout the continent.

Having launched services in the Caribbean earlier this week, HBO Go is now set for digital stores in 17 Latin America territories.

Namely, these are Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.

“We want everyone in the region to have easy access to our content,” mentioned Francisco Smith, executive VP of distribution and media development of HBO Latin America.

“With this launch, we will be reaching more people in the region, giving them more options to watch HBO’s exclusive titles on multiple screens, inside and outside their homes, whenever they want.”

A la carté HBO GO service are already available in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico.
