Holzman out at All3 America, ICM exec in

Eli Holzman is to exit his post as president of All3Media America, with ICM Partners co-founder Greg Lipstone coming in as CEO.

Eli HolzmanHolzman (pictured) will leave the company after a transition period of currently unspecified length to go back to his creative roots, and is understood to be launching his own production business.

His replacement, Lipstone, is a well-known talent agent, and a founding partner and board member at LA-based ICM.

In the new post, Lipstone will oversee the day-to-day running of LA-based All3 America, which is the US arm of Discovery Communications- and Liberty Global-owned UK-based production giant All3Media.

He has represented All3 America and several of its eleven subsidiaries since its launch in late 2012, giving him knowledge of the group before he begins, and has worked with the wider All3 group since its inception 12 years ago. All3 America will remain an ICM client following his move.

“No one understands our business better than Greg and we couldn’t be more excited that he is joining All3Media America as our new CEO,” said All3 CEO Jane Turton.

“Greg’s knowledge of the industry is exceptional and the combination of his relationships, his reputation, his commercial flair and his drive will play a hugely important part in growing All3Media in the US.”

In a joint statement, ICM’s partners said Lipstone would “always be part of the ICM Partners family, and we look forward to continuing to work with him to further the success of All3Media America”.

Lipstone has represented producers such as Nigel Lythgoe, Ken Nok, Audrey Morrissey, ITV Studios-owned Gurney Productions and Endemol Shine Group’s Original Media.

Before ICM, he worked at the William Morris Agency for 21 years, where he began as a receptionist to take control of its TV division in 2004.

His hire comes soon after All3 America launched its latest production outfit, Commonwealth Unscripted.
