News brief: Lifetime, Yahoo launch online Project Runway special

Lifetime and Yahoo have joined forces for an online Project Runway special, Road to the Runway.

The hour-long special has been released online ahead of transmission of the 14th season of the fashion-reality series, which will go out on cable net Lifetime.

The special will be on Yahoo as well as via Lifetime’s online apps and services. It will give fans a preview of the contestants on the upcoming season before it starts, next Thursday (August 6).
