News brief: Shopping Monsters hit the high street in Latvia

Viasat’s Latvian channel TV3 has launched a local version of Global Agency format Shopping Monsters.

The show is known locally as Iepirksanas Pavelnieces (Shopping Commanders) and comes as Global also sells a second season of the format to M6 in France and Vox for a fifth season in German. Meter Television is Sweden, Shine Finland and Big bang Media is Spain have also optioned it.
