News brief: Glee’s Kevin McHale gets UK panel show pilot

UK digital channel E4 is piloting Virtually Famous, a panel show that will be hosted by Glee star Kevin McHale.

The US star will preside over the celebrity-themed show with Jessica Kanppett (The Inbetweeners Movie) and UK comedian James Acaster the team captains.

The pilot was filmed this week in London. The producers said the show will have the team captains “together with comedians and celebrity team mates, take part in a series of hilarious rounds and games”.
