News brief: BBC orders Alex Polizzi special

BBC Two has ordered a Christmas special with Alex Polizzi, the presenter best known as the face of fact ent series The Fixer and The Hotel Inspector.

The 1x60mins series, Alex Polizzi’s Perfect Christmas (WT), has been commissioned for BBC Two by channel controller Janice Hadlow. It will show viewers how craft seasonal décor and transform their homes into a deluxe Christmas environment.

UK producer Twofour will make the special. It also currently making Alex Polizzi: The Fixer series 3 for BBC Two and The Hotel Inspector for Channel 5.
