USA Network ramps up reality slate

US cable network USA Network is ramping up its reality programming slate with three new shows.

The NBC Universal-owned broadcaster has ordered crime docu-soap Partners In Crime to series, is to put gaming adventure series All In to pilot and is developing cattle ranch reality series The Cowboy Way (WT).

This comes after the broadcaster announced earlier this year that it had ordered The Moment and The Choir, both of which will debut next year, and is developing Shed Media’s Bride or Best Man.

Partners In Crime, which is produced by Peacock Productions, is a docu-soap that follows colourful criminal defense lawyers Mario Gallucci and Big Lou Gelormino.

All In follows lucky gambler Brandon Lang as he knocks on the door of unsuspecting American families with a suitcase full of cash and a series of high stakes games. It is produced by Studio Lambert.

Meanwhile, The Cowboy Way follows the lives of the men and women who work on a Texas cattle ranch. It is produced by Gold Rush: Alaska producer Raw TV.

“Our approach to reality storytelling is to showcase a broad spectrum of life’s real characters,” said Heather Olander, SVP, alternative programming. “By partnering with these reality heavyweights, whose distinct voices have influenced the genre, we are offering audiences a new reason to engage with USA.”
