Frankie Drake Mysteries_Kew Media GroupHot off the heels of buying TCB Media Rights, Kew Media Group is set to showcase a range of fiction and non-fiction programming at MIPCOM next week.

Kew Media Distribution’s fiction slate will be headlined by detective drama Frankie Drake Mysteries, a CBC original series developed and produced by Shaftesbury in association with CBC and UKTV.

Topping the distributor’s non-fiction slate is new doc Rolling Stone Magazine: Stories from the Edge, directed by Academy Award winner Alex Gibney. Joining the slate is biopic B.B. King: On the Road.

A documentary special named EuroTrump will also join the list. The doc follows right-wing populist Geert Wilders as he ran to become the next Dutch Prime Minister.

Paint the NationTVF International has a new formats catalogue bringing in RTL2-commissioned Bargain Brides, ABC Australia’s Man Up, and basketball trick show Dunk King to MIPCOM.

TVF’s slate also includes Channel 4 format Super Shoppers, a light-hearted consumer focused series, packed with take-home information and getting value for money.

RTE’s My Money & Me, Painting the Nation, PBS’ The Winemaker and TV3 New Zealand’s Reality Trip are also on the slate.

For the remaining slate is What’s Really In Our Food? Which has already been sold to 120 territories worldwide. The localized version was produced by Mediacorp.
