All3Media International appoints A+E alum to oversee unscripted

Rachel Job

All3Media International has appointed A+E Networks UK alum Rachel Job to oversee its unscripted content.

Job takes the newly created position of SVP, non-scripted content and will head the distribution company’s content team for the genre, reporting to Maartje Horchner, EVP of content.

She will be based in London, with her appointment coming after the promotion of Jessica Duncanson to senior executive of non-scripted content and the addition of Amber Richardson as coordinator of non-scripted content.

Job was previously director of programming for History and H2 at A+E Networks UK, where she worked for a decade having joined as co-production and acquisitions manager in 2007.

Most recently, she launched and ran consulting business Pace TV, which worked with documentary producers and distributors of non-scripted. Prior to joining A+E Networks UK, Job was head of acquisitions and marketing at producer/distributor 3DD Entertainment.

Maartje Horchner, EVP of content at All3Media International, added: “Non-scripted is a key area of expansion for us as we look to build upon our diverse portfolio of content with potentially long-running returning series, new premium series and specials that will appeal to global audiences.

“Rachel’s vast experience of the non-scripted market, not to mention her passion for the genre and excellent contacts in the production community, are a perfect fit for this important new role.”
