K7 Media heads to China via Houghton Street

Research consultancy K7 Media has expanded its services into the Chinese market as it looks to provide global TV trends data to Chinese production company Houghton Street Media.

Keri Lewis BrownHoughton specialises in developing and producing original prime time shows and has previously brought The Gadget Show to China.

The Beiijing and Shanghai-based company will now tap into K7’s intelligence on global developments in TV. UK-based K7 provides bespoke research services to a range of broadcasters, producers and distributors.

The news arrives as K7 Media unveils a new multilingual website to support and extend its growing international client base, with Mandarin, Spanish and Russian language services available. Its clients include ITV in the UK, NRK in Norway and CBS in the US.
