CBS calls for Ambulance

Broadcaster CBS has commissioned a US remake of Dragonfly’s UK format Ambulance.

The one-hour alternative series goes inside the world of emergency medical workers and 911 dispatchers.

The CBS show is based on the BBC One series, which Endemol Shine UK-owned Dragonfly created.

Endemol Shine International sells the format around the world, and Endemol Shine North America will produce the US version.

Eden Gaha, Rob Smith and Robin Reinberg will serve as executive producers.

Further info on locations and premiere dates will be announced at a later date.
