Warner Bros. veteran exits for WME

Long-serving Warner Bros. Television business development exec Dan Limerick has left the studio for talent agency William Morris Endeavor.

Limerick was Warner Bros. head of business development at its TV arm, but moves to WME to run its TV biz dev arm.

Former incumbent Catherine Sugar has moved to a new post as head of business development at WME Global TV, a role that will see her packaging projects with international auspices.

Deadline reported that she’s expected to spend significant periods of time at the firm’s London office, another sign of WME’s increasing significant to the high-end international drama space.

WME has branched out into project packaging in recent months, working on shows such as AMC-BBC coproduction The Night Manager and HBO, Sky and Canal+’s big-budget series The Young Pope.

Adam Glick will replace Limerick at Warner Bros. The pair previous co-ran the department before Glick moved to US production arm Warner Horizon Television.
