News brief: New sales lift Thunderbirds

The Thunderbirds reboot has sold to broadcasters in Brazil, French-speaking Canada, Japan and in Europe.

Gloob in Brazil, Télé-Québec in French-speaking Canada, NHK in Japan, Finland’s MTV Juniori, Ketnet in Flemish-speaking Belgium, ZAPP in the Netherlands, Minika TV in Turkey have all bought Thunderbirds Are Go, which launched on ITV in April and is sold by ITV Studios Global Entertainment.

Canal J in France premiered the show this month, with Gulli playing it later this year. Australia’s Nine Network, TVNZ in New Zealand, Noga in Israel and and pan-Arab broadcaster MBC.
