Transformers: Rescue Bots and G.I Joe: Renegades will go out through digital and VOD distributor MoMedia after it secured a deal with Hasbro Studios.

Transformers Rescue BotsMoMedia is to repackage and distribute Hasbro Studios television titles for TVOD platforms worldwide, excluding the US, Australia and New Zealand.

“Momedia’s goal is to disrupt the current industry model and create a new standard in digital distribution and marketing,” said Lucas Bertrand, the firm’s CEO.

“We’re delighted to announce this major deal with Hasbro Studios to monetise their highly successful franchises including Transformers: Rescue Bots and G.I. Joe: Renegades across transactional VOD platforms around the world.”
