First look at the new Teletubbies reboot

DHX Media is using its ownership of Teletubbies to place the new television reboot (pictured) of the preschool brand on its Family Jr. channel.

DHX acquired the Telebubbies as part of its deal for Ragdoll Worldwide in September 2013, and soon set up a reboot of the show with Darrall Macqueen and original series commissioner Cbeebies.

Having closed a C$170 million (US$135.2 million) deal to buy the Canadian Family Channel, Disney XD and Disney Junior last year, the Toronto-based firm in April announced it was dropping the Disney brand in place of Family XTRM and Family Jr.
