ITV’s High Noon hires Fox exec

ITV Studios-owned US prodco High Noon has recruited Jill Schwartz as its senior VP, development.

Schwartz was previously SVP of alternative at Fox Television Studios, running unscripted development and programming.

Her credits while at Fox include The Girls Next Door, Kendra and Holly’s World, which were all for cable net E!

Prior to Fox TV Studios, Schwartz was at FremantleMedia North America for a decade, overseeing the first five seasons of American Idol.

“Jill’s reputation in the community is stellar and her experience is vast – from game to docu to format, she’s accomplished it all and successfully” said Jim Berger, CEO of High Noon.

High Noon’s current slate includes Cake Boss for TLC, Dude, You’re Screwed for Discovery and Polka Kings for Reelz.
