CEE nets bag Sky Vision series

Broadcasters from central and eastern Europe have acquired 45 hours of programming from UK-based distributor Sky Vision.

Among the deals, Poland’s TVP 2 has acquired a seven-hour package that includesSpring Films’ The Secret Life Of Uri Geller and Argot Films’ Parrot Confidential.

Polish VOD platform Onet has licensed shark documentary Sharkpocalypse, which comes from Gurney Productions, and Journey into the Dark Ages with Ken Follet, a two-part series from StoryHouse Productions and Tandem Communications

ChelloCentral Europe’s Spektrum HD took 16 hours, including Journey into the Dark Ages and National Geographic Ventures’ Sea Monsters.

Meanwhile, in Serbia, Prava I Prevodi acquired a 14-hour package, which includes Sky Vision-produced Jesus: Rise to Power, an Poland’s TVN Style scored a five-hour deal.
