MIPTV 2014: US presale for DCD’s Code

The CodeDCD Rights-sold thriller series The Code has presold to Audience Network in the US, Sundance Channel in Latin America and DR in Denmark.

The Australian six-part drama about two very different brothers that unearth highly sensitive political information launches at MIPTV ahead of its debut on ABC1.

“This internationally relevant drama is a fantastic new addition to our scripted offering,” said Nicky Davies Williams, CEO, DCD Rights. “It has all the ingredients for success, such as a burning topic, solid on/off screen talent and the high quality production values that have propelled Australian drama’s reputation around the world”.

DCD Rights, the sales arm of UK indie DCD Media, sells Australian dramas such The Slap, A Moody Christmas, Rake and Mr & Mrs Murder.
