Dave calls on Davies for chat show

UK digital channel Dave has commissioned a 5x60mins comedy chat show featuring QI panellist Alan Davies.

The as yet untitled project will see Davies and four other comedians sit round a table and talk about whatever they feel. “I’m looking forward to sharing what makes comedians tick and bring some of the banter from long car journeys, gigs or backstage in the dressing room to Dave’s viewers,” he said.

Phil McIntyre Television is on production duties in association with Grand Scheme. Lucy Ansbro and Graham Smith executive produce, while Iain Coyle was the commission editor for Dave’s parent UKTV.
