UKTV launches catch-up service on YouView

UKTV has launched a seven-day catch-up service on YouView for two of its channels.

The catch-up service for factual service Yesterday and its lifestyle counterpart Really launched today (January 22). It can be accessed via the YouView programme guide and the channels’ dedicated on-demand portals.

UKTV has three channels on YouView: Yesterday, Really and Dave.

Dan Fahy, UKTV’s head of commercial development, said: “The launch of seven day catch up services for Yesterday and Really on YouView is another important milestone for us in ensuring viewers have ‘anytime, anywhere’ access to our content.”

Connected TV platform YouView is the largest catch-up TV provider in the UK, according to recent stats from digital media consultancy Decipher.
