Pablo Escobar sets up on Afghan TV

Colombian crime drama Pablo Escobar: The Drug Lord has launched on Afghanistan’s Lemur TV.

The show is broadcasting on Lemur’s Tolo TV channel on Thursdays and Saturdays in a 9pm slot.

It becomes the fourth scripted series from Colombian distributor Caracol TV Internacional to air on Tolo, following The Carteli, The Cartel 2 and Roman x 2.

Produced by Caracol Television, Pablo Escobar tells the story of titular Colombian drug lord, who ruled the global drug-trafficking business in the 1970s and 1980s.
