News brief: Sky Arte and VRT are drawn to Picasso doc

Italian arts and culture channel Sky Arte and Belgian free-to-air broadcaster VRT have acquired Picasso, The Legacy.

The one-off doc about the famous artist was produced by French prodco Gedeon for Franco-German arts channel Arte and broadcasters SBS, ARTV, AVRO and RTBF.

The show was launched internationally at the French Screenings in Biarritz in September. It is distributed by factual specialist Terranoa.
