Hulu inks Henson deal, adds Fraggles

US streaming and catch-up service Hulu has inked a deal with The Jim Henson Company for iconic kids series including The Fraggles.

The shows will air in a branded Jim Henson Family TV section on Hulu Kids. They are available commercial free on the Hulu Plus premium service.

Four seasons, or 96 episodes, of the puppet show launched yesterday (August 22) alongside other Henson shows including Mopatop’s Shop, Peek A Boo and Mother Goose.

Hulu inked the programming deal with Gaiam Vivendi Entertainment, which handles distribution of Henson’s catalogue titles in North America.
