Healey to run Warner Bros.’ Shed Media U.S.

Warner Bros.-owned Shed Media has hired Pamela Healey as general manager of its US operation. Meanwhile, Shed’s current US boss, Nick Emmerson, will relocate to the UK to run Ricochet Television, the producer that is part of the Shed group.

Ricochet Television founder and current CEO Nick Powell will become the company’s chief creative officer.

Healey joins Shed Media U.S. from High Noon Entertainment, where she was executive VP, development, West Coast.

At Shed Media U.S., she will supervise the day-to-day operations of the unscripted producer.

She will spearhead development and production of original unscripted series as well as US format versions of programs from Shed Media Group’s British companies Ricochet Television, Wall to Wall, Twenty Twenty, Shed Productions and Renegade Pictures.

Emmerson will move back to the UK to run Ricochet, which is best known as the producer of Supernanny, which he co-created. He will also co-manage Shed U.S.

Shed Media Group CEO Nick Southgate said: “Pam is that rare thing — a creative entrepreneur who is at home in both the editing room and the boardroom. She’ll be brilliant for us.”
