She will join the indie set up by Gavin and Stacey star Ruth Jones in an-as-yet-to-be announced role. Tidy Productions produces series including Stella, What’s The Story, The Great Outdoors and A Child’s Christmases in Wales.

Stella producer Tidy Productions’ David Peet said: “We’re delighted to be working with Anne whose outstanding experience and achievements are a Tidy fit to take the company on to the next level of success.”

Gilchrist added: “I’m so thrilled to be working with David and Ruth in this canny, vibrant production company developing new opportunities for brilliant comedy talent.”
