Endemol India making Big Brother movie

Endemol India is reportedly making a horror film based on Bigg Boss, the local reality show based on the Big Brother format.

Deepak Dhar, CEO, Endemol India, told local press that the feature, which will have a full theatrical release, will be a comedy-horror and go into production next year.

It will be a coproduction with Select Media Holdings’ Moving Pictures.

Salman Khan hosts Bigg Boss and could also star in the movie, the reports said, alongside various housemates from the show, which now stretches to six seasons and has since 2008 aired on the Colors channel.
