UKTV Food picks up Paltrow

British cable and satellite broadcaster UKTV Food has acquired ShineReveille’s Gwyneth Paltrow’s Spanish road trip food series Spain… On The Road Again.

The network has picked up the 13x1hour series, which sees Paltrow travel across Spain on a culinary road trip with chef Mario Batali, New York Times food writer Mark Bittman and Spanish actress Claudia Bassols.

It will launch in January.

The series was originally produced by Frappe Productions for US public service broadcaster PBS.
